Behind every joyful journey and unforgettable memory created by YakYai Travel is a person named Wannakorn Worachotikittada, affectionately known as “Guide Longkong”. As one of the co-founders of the company, Guide Longkong brings with him a lifelong passion for travel and a deep desire to share happiness through enriching travel experiences.
His journey began with a formal education in Tourism at Naresuan University, followed by international studies in Hospitality and Tourism Management at Sprott-Shaw College in Vancouver, Canada. He also earned several certificates from the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA), further strengthening his knowledge in hospitality.
Fueled by his love for service, Guide Longkong started his career as a manager at Thai restaurants abroad, where he developed a deep understanding of cross-cultural expectations and customer satisfaction. He later moved into hotel restaurant management, and eventually worked aboard the Holland America Line cruise ship, where he mastered the art of creating memorable experiences through attentive, detail-oriented service.
His career also includes time as a vice director and instructor at an educational institution in Thailand, with a foundation in professional teaching from Chiang Rai Vocational College. His role as a senior HR executive also gave him valuable insights into human behavior, culture, and psychology—skills that now help him connect deeply with both clients and team members.
With over 15 years of experience as a licensed tour guide, both within Thailand and internationally, Guide Longkong has helped countless travelers discover new worlds with warmth and care. Today, he is also a well-known travel influencer under the name “Guide Kong Thong Lok” (ไกด์กอง ท่องโลก), with a strong presence on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Guide Longkong’s dream isn’t just to take people to destinations—it’s to fill every journey with joy, connection, and cherished memories.
